Bar Grinding
Tight-tolerance centerless bar grinding for steel, stainless steel, tool steel, carbon fiber, ceramic, plastic, chrome, and aluminum. Diameters from 1/8" to 4", lengths to 14 feet, with tolerances to 0.0003" and finishes to 8-10 Ra.
Thru-Feed Grinding
High-volume production grinding for right circular cylindrical surfaces. Process parts from .028" to 4" diameter and up to 14' long with rapid throughput for mass production efficiency.
In-Feed Grinding
Custom grinding for complex shapes and non-cylindrical profiles. Our precision setup accommodates unique geometries from .050" to 5" diameter with roundness to .0001" and superior surface finishes.
Cylindrical OD Grinding
Precision manufacturing of metal rods and shafts up to 10.5" diameter and 72" long. We supply ground bars to exact tolerances for your critical machining applications, with blanket orders available.
Internal Grinding
Accurate internal grinding for bores up to 12" diameter in parts with outside diameters to 13.5". Centered grinding provides stable, precise results with tolerances to .0005" and finishes to 8-10 Ra.
